We wanted a very special wedding ceremony and honeymoon trip, but we knew that it would require a tremendous amount of planning, organizing, and networking. We chose to have Kelly and her team do everything for us. We are pleased to share that our dream wedding in a Scottish castle and the honeymoon through Scotland and Ireland exceeded our expectations! Every detail was perfect. "If you can dream it, they can plan it!"
Our wedding day at Duns Castle, Duns, Scotland. 9/9/09. Every detail from the bagpiper to the photographer was expertly taken care of by Kelly and her team.
We had the opportunity to experience many Edinburgh pubs. One of our favorites seemed to have been named after Craig!
Our B & B room in Edinburgh was with the wonderful Shanks family. They catered to us and made sure our stay was fabulous. The Royal Bank of Scotland provided an hour long fireworks show over Edinburgh Castle, which we were able to easily view from our bedroom window.
As we traveled through Ireland, we saw so many beautiful sights. One day we stopped the car to take a few photos and we had the chance to observe a sheepdog skillfully herd sheep from one pasture to another. It was at this spot that we chose to take one of our special "feet" photos. Sadly, we have determined that neither of us are very photogenic, and we have the unfortunate skill of always blinking when we take photos. We are proud to show everyone all of our feet photos from around the world because, "Feet Don't Blink!"

WASHINGTON: Pakistan must cooperate more fully with the United States to help wipe out Al-Qaeda, US President Barack Obama said in excerpts of a weekend interview.
In the interview with American television, Obama said the tribal territories that straddle the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan were the “epicenter of the violent extremism directed against the West… and the United States.”
“Ultimately, in order for us to eradicate the problem, to really go after Al-Qaeda… we are going to need more cooperation from Pakistan. There is no doubt about that,” Obama said in released excerpts, with the full interview to be shown on Sunday.
Islamabad is under increasing Western pressure to not only target Taliban groups attacking Pakistan, but also Al-Qaeda-linked fighters and the militants who cross over the border and target NATO-led troops in Afghanistan.
The drone attack comes as the US administration prepares to send 30,000 reinforcements in neighboring Afghanistan to try to turn the tide against a growing Taliban insurgency, which uses sanctuaries in Pakistan

Former WWE Superstar Umaga, real name Edward Fatu, passed away on Friday at the age of 36.
Known to fans as "The Samoan Bulldozer" Umaga spent several hours on a life support machine after reportedly suffering a heart attack.
The tragic news was announced on WWE's website, which stated: "WWE would like to express its deepest condolences to Mr. Fatu's family, friends and fans on his tragic passing. Mr. Fatu was under contract with WWE at various time periods and most recently performed under the name "Umaga." Mr. Fatu's contract was terminated on June 11, 2009."
Fatu, who left WWE in June of this year, had just finished working the Hulkamania tour in Australia in the last week. He was released by WWE after a second violation of WWE's Wellness Policy when he refused to enter rehabilitation.
During his time with WWE, Umaga had worn the Intercontinental Championship bellt and headlined the high profile Battle of the Billionaires match at Wrestlemania 23.
The 48hrs shutdown called by telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) demanding the separate of telangana in ANDHRA PRADESH crippled normal life in Hyderabad and nine other districts of the region Sunday as party chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao's fast-unto-death entered the eighth day.
Tension prevailed in the region as policemen were deployed in huge numbers to prevent violence during the shut down, which began Saturday midnight.
Thousands of passengers were stranded as the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) suspended all bus services within the region and services to other regions passing through Telangana.
Shops, business establishments, cinema theatres and petrol bunks remained closed in Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana, causing severe inconvenience to the public. Motorists had a harrowing time as several petrol bunks downed shutters even before the shutdown began while hundreds of vehicles were lined up at some bunks till midnight here.
There was a scramble at ATMs as people rushed to withdraw money before the shutdown. The ATMs of several banks ran out of cash.
In Hyderabad and elsewhere life came to a complete halt as the day is also being observed as "black day" and Muslim organisations have given a call for a shutdown to mark the anniversary of the demolition of Babri Masjid. Police have banned the assembly of five or more people in the state capital.
The Telangana shutdown is the second called by TRS since the arrest of Chandrasekhara Rao a week ago. The day-long shutdown on Monday last had paralysed life in the region and was marred by sporadic incidents of violence.
With protesters targeting public and private property over the last few days, police have gone on high alert to prevent violence during the shutdown.
TRS workers Saturday went on the rampage here attacking shops and buses near Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), where KCR, as TRS president is popularly known, is continuing his fast-unto-death.
With rumours that KCR slipped into coma triggering Saturday's violence, NIMS authorities were briefing the media about KCR's condition regularly. They said early Sunday that KCR was in the intensive care unit but was out of danger.
KCR, who is in judicial custody, continued his fast for the eighth day Sunday. Rejecting Chief Minister K. Rosaiah's fresh appeal to call off the fast, the TRS chief said he would not break the fast unless the government gives categorical assurance on carving out a separate state.
A group of ministers belonging to Telangana region Sunday called on KCR at NIMS. He, however, refused to talk to them saying he would speak to only those who can take a decision on the issue.
With TRS cadres and students mounting pressure on public representatives of the Congress party by laying siege to their houses, the central leadership of the party is also coming under pressure to take a clear stand on Telangana.
KCR was arrested on Nov 29 by the police near Karimnagar town when he was heading to Siddipet town in Medak district for launching fast unto death. He was taken to Khammam town, where a court sent him to jail for 14 days.
The TRS chief launched the fast in jail and was shifted to a government-run hospital in the town the next day. He, however, broke the fast the same day after three people committed suicide protesting his arrest.
Angry reaction by the sympathisers of Telangana movement forced KCR to resume the fast on Tuesday. He was shifted to Hyderabad early Thursday.
LOS ANGELES: A pregnant woman aboard a Southwest Airlines flight went into labor and gave birth to a boy during a cross-country trip on Friday, and the plane was diverted to an airport in Denver, an airline spokesman said.
The woman went into labor about 100 miles north of the Colorado capital on Southwest Flight 441, en route from Salt Lake City to Chicago, spokesman Chris Mainz said.
She delivered the baby in the aft galley of the aircraft, with the assistance of doctors who happened to be aboard, Mainz said.
As earlier promised by Eminem, he plans to drop two CDs this year and on December 21 the Detroit rapper is re-releasing a new version of his latest album Relapse.
This version will be called The Refill and will include five new songs. Some of which include Forever and Taking My Ball, which was featured on theEminem and Jay-Z’s Renegade Edition of DJ Hero.
Eminem says this is only a sample of what’s to come in the near future.
"I want to deliver more material for the fans this year like I originally planned," Em said. "Hopefully these tracks on The Refill will tide the fans over until we put out Relapse 2 next year."
Eminem has spent months working on the sequel of Relapse which he says will be totally different from the original version. In October, he revealed Just Blaze was one of the major producers he worked with on the upcomingalbum.
"[The album] is gonna be a lot different than people expect," Eminem told DJ Tony Touch. "As far as the contrast from the last album to this one, I got a couple of tracks with [D12's] Mr. Porter, two tracks with him so far. Four, possibly five with Just Blaze. The overall basis of this record, I went back to songs that are more emotionally driven. The last record I made, I think I was concentrating more on spitting. On thisalbum, I feel like there’s some of that, but I went back to songs with [feelings] to them as opposed to just rap records."
Annie LennoxHIV Positive, American Idol took a break from the usual eliminations; even Simon Cowell had a rest from his harsh comments. The night was all about American Idol gives back, where a host of stars entertain and to show awareness of the plights of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS and Tuberculosis.
Two of the big stars to star in American Idol gives back were Annie Lennox and also Carrie Underwood. Carrie deiced to sing her version of George Michael’s “Praying for Time, while Annie sung Many Rivers to Cross. The song seemed to move the audience, and she also wore a pink HIV Positive shirt to spread awareness even more.
Terry Hatcher wanted to do her bit so she sung a camp version of Carrie Underwood’s smash hit “Before he Cheats.”
BEIJING: Describing Tibet as part of China, US President Barack Obama on Tuesday supported the early resumption of talks between Beijing and representatives of the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama.
“We did note that while we recognise that Tibet is part of the People’s Republic of China, the United States supports the early resumption of dialogue” between the Dalai Lama’s representatives and Beijing,” Obama said after his meeting with Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao here.
China, which has governed Tibet since its troops occupied the territory in the 1950s, has repeatedly accused the Dalai Lama of leading a campaign to split the Himalayan region from the rest of the country.
The 74-year-old Dalai Lama, who fled to India amid a failed uprising against Chinese rule in 1959, has denied the allegations.
The last formal talks between the Dalai Lama’s envoys and Chinese officials, the seventh since 2002, ended in an impasse in July last year, with China demanding that he prove that he did not support Tibetan independence.
Relations have been particularly tense this year after large scale riots in Lhasa, Tibet’s capital, in which hundreds of shops were torched and Chinese civilians were attacked.
MUMBAI : For years, Amitabh Bachchan and the three Khans, Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman have been Bollywood’s leading male actors. But a new man now looks set to join them and he is none other than Ranbir Kapoor.
Ranbir has received rave reviews for his latest film, “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani” (An Amazing Story Of Strange Love), and is tipped by colleagues and critics to follow his grandfather and father to acting super-stardom.
“Ranbir has all the makings of a superstar,” said the film’s director, Rajkumar Santoshi. “He is multi-talented and good-looking, too. He can carry humorous as well as serious roles with quite an ease.”
But the 27-year-old brushes aside such talk, instead preferring to build up experience in a range of films to prove his worth as an actor and not just a name in a business and country where family connections go a long way.
“Please don’t give me such titles,” he told reporters recently, referring to descriptions of him as “the next big thing.”
“I have a long way to go. I have only been in the film industry for two years and I am working hard to prove myself.
“My next film is ‘Rocket Singh — Salesman Of The Year’ for Yash Raj films, then ‘Rajneeti’ (Politics), which is a serious subject. I want to do good films and all kinds of films.”
Kapoor has had a meteoric rise to fame since he was first seen in “Saawariya” (My Beloved) in November 2007. The film did not do well, but his potential was noticed.
Last year, he had moderate success with the romantic comedy “Bachna Ae Haseeno” (Watch Out, Beautiful Girls) and then the comedy-drama “Wake Up Sid”, which was a huge hit.
In “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani”, he stars alongside Katrina Kaif, who has had an equally rapid rise since switching from modelling to movies and is now one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars.
The film — about a love-struck teenager — took 337.5 million rupees (seven million dollars) in its first five days, according to www.boxofficeindia.com, while its soundtrack has rocketed to the top of the music charts.
Taran Adarsh, a leading Hindi-language movie industry analyst, predicted that the film’s success should benefit Kapoor “to the maximum”, with Bachchan now in his mid-60s and the Khans all aged over 40.
“‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ has taken the nation by storm,” he wrote in his column on the popular www.bollywoodhungama.com website. “It had a great start, a fabulous weekend, a solid Monday and most importantly, the film has stepped into the coveted top five openers list of all time and that is a major achievement.
“He has truly arrived now and whether his contemporaries like it or not, he has all it takes to stake a claim to the throne in times to come.”
Another film critic said Kapoor had already proved that he was more than just a famous name.
“In a country given to a continuous tradition of lineages, there are few instances when the pure class of pedigree shines brightly through the clutter,” wrote Minty Tejpal in the Mumbai Mirror tabloid.
“Even as Rahul Gandhi charms a vast, complicated country, it seems that Ranbir Kapoor can do nothing wrong. He is just fantastic through the film,” Tejpal wrote, referring to Gandhi, the youth leader of India’s ruling Congress party.
“Ranbir is the rare star who makes you laugh and tugs at your heart strings in the same mad beat, thus keeping you constantly charmed.”
Kaif said her co-star had inherited the acting genes of his father, Rishi, and grandfather, Raj, who remain revered figures in the industry, but he also works hard at his craft.
“You have to work with him to understand how disciplined he is on set,” the 25-year-old Kaif said. “He is very punctual and knows every aspect of film-making, which is a rare quality in actors.”
TOKYO: President Barack Obama said Friday that the alleged September 11, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would face “justice demanding” U.S., following reports that will be tried in a civilian court in New York.
“I am absolutely convinced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is subject to the highest standards of justice,” Obama said at a news conference in Tokyo on the first leg of his four-nation tour of Asia.
Obama did not confirm that Mohammed and four alleged conspirators to be gained from Guantanamo Bay to face trial in New York. But he said the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder would make an announcement in Washington later on Friday.
The final day extravaganza 2012 is not only porn disaster movie trailers and television commercials promise.
It’s much, much more stupid than that.
Massive changes in the outcome of the planet’s crust in the leveling of entire continents – however, cellular phone service remains uninterrupted.
Billions flee for their lives around the world – but the same half dozen continuous random character of execution itself.
U.S. President avoids being crushed by the Washington Monument – to end up getting hit in the kisser by a carrier.
I could go on, but the conclusion is that 2012 is a very silly and often very funny movie.
Whether that humor is intentional can be debated – and probably the time comes to DVD in 2012 and quickly became a drinking game. (Drink every time a character gradually moves away from the camera in fear terror; do a double shot whenever he or she whispers, “Oh … My … God.”)
The director Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow) seems proverbial swinging for the fences, as if he realized that no study of string will so much money, and this freedom more.
The film, which destroys everything, from Sin City (Las Vegas) to the city without sin (the Vatican), has been criticized for exploiting our “post-9/11 fears.” The charges could have hit if it were possible to take seriously even remotely 2012.
Emmerich is a style of Irwin Allen, “Master of Disaster” for the digital age – a filmmaker in love with the story of the old school, as well as innovative technical skill. The two mix like oil and water, which means that the product is completely useless, but actually quite nice, if well lit.
Stars John Cusack as a father divorced and struggling writer who runs a limousine for a Russian billionaire (Zlatko Buric), which may or may not have inside information about the government built spaceships designed to preserve the human race after a cataclysm that Mayan calendar schedule.
Breathe deeply.
Meanwhile, a geologist (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and a bureaucrat (Oliver Platt) to advise the president (Danny Glover), while disputes over the rights of innocent citizens, including Kate (Amanda Peet), the mother of writer and Limousine driver of children – who left her husband for a plastic surgeon (Tom McCarthy), whose flight experience could be useful as long as the Earth becomes a giant pit.
Did I mention that the movie is two hours and 38 minutes?
At some points, I was tempted to nip. Emmerich did actually get a respected actor Sprint Cusack as a track in the center of Yellowstone National Park while dodging the fireballs the size of condominiums – even if the whole thing was filmed on a soundstage in front of a green screen ?
The strange sequence types dramatically – and there are many – that 2012 is more pleasant than it is right to be. It is possible that Emmerich has made it the most expensive car of the hit parody of modern cinema.
Or it could be quite serious. Anyway, the movie is a big, dumb Hoot.
Carrie Prejean, some might remember, is the beauty queen from California who won the instant outrage in some quarters by agreeing with President Obama ridiculous idea that marriage is a union between a man and a woman. This was said to Prejean outrageously conservative, while Obama, a man and said the same across the endless election campaign, was rated the most liberal member of U.S. Senate a year ago. That must be what passes for progress today. Both liberals and conservatives have been talking and laughing and pointing fingers of hypocrisy since. Furthermore, Prejean had breast augmentation, some perceptive critics noted, which is surely unthinkable for any woman in America, much less those who participate successfully in the business of beauty. Anyway, Prejean California lost her Miss USA sash when she allegedly failing to … … Provisions aspect of his contract because he was too busy becoming a conservative icon. As the soul of almost every breath in public life this month, he has written a book. It is titled “Still Standing,” which some people may view as having a double meaning in the context of a sex tape, but not us. Sean Hannity, who also has a reputation dangerously conservative, wrote the foreword to the book and 22 years of age the author in his Fox News Channel program last night. As so succinctly, “We could go right to it.”
MUMBAI: The director was furious when he learned that Tum Mile, formerly planned as a love story has become more than a tragedy. Bhatt did turn a bit of magic in the editing table, however, and have the defects corrected.
Mahesh cut 10 minutes of scenes of flooding. The film is based on July 2005 deluge in Mumbai. Bhatt told a newspaper, “The film did not turn out the way they had envisioned Kunal. The film is not about the disaster, but the love story. I just relaxed disaster scenes to make it more viewer friendly.”
Commenting on the edit you made Bhatt, director Kunal Deshmukh said: “I was totally against cut some parts of flood scenes, because I thought that really stood out. Bhattsaab wanted to play up the angle of love and understood your point of view when I saw the film after 10 minutes was dead. I loved the flow. “
MUMBAI: She may have been Google’s most wanted Indian celebrity and one of the top Bollywood actors, Katrina Kaif, but said the constant gaze of the media in her personal life still hurt.
The 25-year-old actor said he hated the time, but has written about given up trying to fight it.
“The thing that bothers me is that the media did not even bother to listen to my version of history. I tried to explain my point several times, but falls on deaf years,” he told Reuters Kaif.
Kaif is no stranger to connections with some of the leading men of Bollywood.
She has recently been linked with actor Ranbir Kapoor, who starred in ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ which premiered in theaters last week.
“I’d be lying if I said I did not bother to talk about this, but I’ve noticed that not much can be done about it.
Kaif is the most unlikely success story of Bollywood.
If a stranger who spoke with a heavy British accent and imperfect Hindi diction, Kaif has risen to be one of the most sought after actresses in the industry.
“I know what people say about me, but again, preferred to ignore. All are entitled to their opinion,” she said.
Kaif will now be seen in De Priyadarshan of “Dana Dan ‘, a comedy which also stars Akshay Kumar and will be his third release this year.
